Christopher MacAskill, CPA

Chris has been working as an accountant since 2012. He began his practice in the public sector before moving to Bass Murphy & Partners in 2016. Raised in a family that owned and operated a small business, Chris is passionate about helping owner-managed businesses achieve their financial goals. His practice primarily focuses on income tax and estate planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and income tax compliance for deceased individuals and their estates.

Chris oversees the specialty tax group within Bass Murphy & Partners.

Since obtaining his CPA, Chris has completed his training in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada's In-Depth Tax Program, completing modules:
